The neighborhood exudes a captivating historical charm that adds to the overall allure. The reception staff were exceptional—extremely helpful and welcoming. They promptly addressed all our queries and offered fantastic recommendations, enriching our stay. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed provided a wonderfully comfortable rest. The staff's thoughtful gesture of a personalized Christmas letter and a bag of unique chocolates was a delightful surprise, adding a warm touch to our stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a diverse array of both savory and sweet options alongside excellent coffee. Without a doubt, when we return to Quebec City, this hotel will be at the top of our list for accommodation. The combination of convenience, hospitality, and comfort makes it a definite choice for future visits.

Super lovely hotel. We had a nice stay for the Quebec part of our honeymoon, would highly recommend. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the parking situation was easy enough, the breakfast buffet was simple but very nice. We felt it was good value for money overall, especially for such a good old city location. We would definitely stay again.

I love this hotel. It is located in a quiet side street, very convenient and safe location with easy walking distance to many restaurants and sightseeing activities. If you are looking to support a local hotel with friendly staff who will make your stay feel welcome, then look no further. For the multiple times that I've been here ~ 2019 - 2023, they have always maintained a good, consistent service to upkeep their premises and offer a refreshing selection for their continental breakfast. Front desk staff are always friendly and efficient.
